IOD operates as an OD firm providing executive coaching and family business governance (helping families talk about money), accepting just a few clients each year. Its principal partners are Cindy "CC" Coe (CEO) and Amy "Doc" Zehnder (CLO), known as the "Dynamic Duo", are both well-known authors, sought-after executive coaches, facilitators, and speakers with a combined total of 50+ years of experience!
Since it's inception, IOD has grown into a holding company for a variety of different ventures including: CCnDoc adVENTURES (@CCnDoc), publishing, digital media, podcasting & video podcasting, blogging, cancer advocacy, soul work and more.
